4 (8 oz.) blocks cream cheese
1 med. sweet pepper, chopped (red or green)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can crushed pineapple, drained "well"
1 lg. jar chipped beef, chopped fine

Combine all ingredients and shape into ball.

Note - Using red and green sweet pepper gives a lovely color for Christmas gatherings.
