Soak 2 pounds salted dry cod fish overnight or day time. Pour off water frequently and add fresh water each time. Salt should be removed. Boil with fresh water and when it comes to a boil, throw water out and repeat about 3 times. Remove all bones - GOOD. Flake the fish.
Boil about 6 or 7 potatoes, 6 or 7 eggs. Line bottom of casserole with sliced rounded potatoes, but first add oil to bottom of pan. Then sprinkle flaked cod fish over potatoes and then add sliced eggs on top.
Saute about 2 onions sliced round, garlic, a tablespoon vinegar, parsley chopped fine, and a can of chopped green peppers (Ortega). When its all cooked spread it over the eggs. Olives can be added on top. Add a little oil so to saturate it well and bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees, until its all bubbly.
