THREE LAYER BARS 
1ST LAYER:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts
2 c. graham cracker crumbs

2ND LAYER:

1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. vanilla dry pudding
2 c. powdered sugar

3RD LAYER:

6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
3 tbsp. butter

1ST LAYER: Place butter, sugar, cocoa and vanilla in top of double boiler and beat until blended. Add 1 egg, cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add coconut, nuts and graham cracker crumbs. Press into greased 9"x13" pan and refrigerate 15 minutes.

2ND LAYER: Beat in mixer the butter, milk, vanilla dry pudding and powdered sugar. Spread over 1st layer. Refrigerate 15 minutes.

3RD LAYER: Mix semi-sweet chocolate pieces and butter. If too thick add a little water. Spread over top of other layers. Let set. Can be cut into 2 dozen bars. Keep in cool place.
