TANGY ORANGE BALLS 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed
3/4 c. grated coconut
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Combine wafers, coconut and sugar. Add orange juice. Form into 1 inch balls. Roll in additional powdered sugar. Freeze. Thaw to serve. About 3 dozen balls. Very easy to make and a refreshing contrast to all the rich holiday sweets.
