COOL AND COLORFUL SALAD 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. Vimco Italian Medlee
2 fresh tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 med. onion
1 sm. cucumber
1 c. fresh broccoli florets
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
1 can black olives
3 tbsp. McCormick Salad Supreme

Cook Vimco Italian Medlee according to package directions. Do not over cook. Rinse with cold water. While pasta cooks cut up vegetables into chunk sized pieces. Mix pasta and vegetables together. Add salad dressing to coat mixture. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Serves 6-8. Can add - cheese, bacon bits or pepperoni.
