COOL FRUIT SALAD 
1 can pineapple tidbits, or chunks
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
2 bananas, peeled & sliced
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries, drained

Drain juice from the pineapple into small saucepan; heat almost to boiling and thicken slightly with a little cornstarch. In large bowl combine the pineapple chunks, orange slices, banana slices and cherries. Pour thickened juice over fruit. Chill and serve.
