RED BEET JAM 
6 c. beet juice
2 pkg. sure jell
1/2 c. lemon juice
8 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. red raspberry Jello

Heat beet juice, sure jell and lemon juice. Bring to a boil. Add sugar and Jello, all at one time. Boil 5 minutes. Remove and let cool. Put in jars with paraffin.
