CHINESE RED BEETS 
1 qt. small red beets, whole
1 (20 oz.) can chunks pineapple

SAUCE:

1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. red beet juice
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. salt

Cook until clear; pour over beets and pineapples and simmer about 10 minutes.
