FRUIT COCKTAIL BARS 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
17 oz. fruit cocktail
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. coconut

Grease and flour bottom of 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add fruit cocktail, flour, soda, salt and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with coconut and walnuts. Bake for 20-25 minutes. While hot drizzle with glaze. Cool and cut into bars.

GLAZE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Combine all glaze ingredients, except nuts, in small pan. Bring to boil and boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add nuts.
