BAKED BEANS 
8-10 cans pork and beans or vegetarian beans
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. ketchup or 1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. bacon drippings
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
3 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2-1 c. granulated sugar
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
Bacon to taste

Mix all ingredients except bacon. Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top. Bake uncovered for 40-60 minutes. When stiff and slightly crusty, it is done. Serves 15-20 people.
