WALDORF SALAD 
8 oz. plain low-fat yogurt
2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/8 tsp. salt for dressing

Combine above in small bowl. 1 red apple, cut in 1/2 inch pieces with peel 1 pear, cut in 1/2 inch pieces with peel 1 sliced celery rib 1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds 1/4 c. golden raisins 3 tbsp. orange juice 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Toss in large bowl with 1/4 cup of the dressing. Serve on spinach leaves and serve with rest of salad dressing.
