HERB GREEN BEANS 
1 (No. 2) can green beans
1 tsp. chopped chives or onion
Dash of thyme
Dash of pepper

Drain the liquid from the green beans into a small saucepan. Boil quickly until the liquid is reduced to 1/3 cup. Add the green beans and seasonings. Heat thoroughly.

YIELD: 5 servings. (1 serving equals 1 vegetable exchange)
