HONEY CARAMELS 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. honey
6 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

In a large saucepan, combine sugar, cream, honey, flour and butter. Cook, stirring constantly to 245 degrees. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour out into a buttered 8 inch square pan. Cut into squares. When cool, make about 30 pieces.
