COUNTRY HAM MUFFINS | |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix 4 oz. cooked ham, cut into 1/2 inch cubes 1/4 tsp. maple extract Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 (2 1/2 inch) muffin pan cups. Prepare muffin mix according to package directions, adding the ham with the dry ingredients and the maple extract with the liquid ingredients. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan cups. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. |
