PIZZA STYLE POTATOES 
Potatoes
3 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic to taste
1 c. milk
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
Pepperoni (any amount)
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Cut enough potatoes to cover the bottom of a 12 x 8 inch greased pan. In saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons butter, add 1/3 cup chopped onion and saute until tender. Add 3 tablespoons flour, salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Stir to mix well. Add 1 cup milk. Cook until thick. Add 1 small can tomato sauce and 1/2 teaspoon oregano. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Cook 1/2 pound Italian sausage until done. Place pepperoni (any amount) and the Italian sausage over the potatoes. Top with 1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese. Cook 10 to 15 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
