GARDEN SALAD 
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) lemon jello
3 cups boiling water
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
3/4 cup chopped cauliflower
3/4 cup shredded carrots
3/4 cup diced celery
3/4 cup chopped fresh tomatoes

Combine jello and boiling water. Add vinegar, salt and pepper. Cool. Add mayonnaise. Chill until slightly thick. Add grated onion and chopped vegetables. Pour into individual molds or a large round mold. Chill until set.

Yield: 12 small molds or 1 large mold.
