Slaw:

1 large jar or 2 cans sauerkraut
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 small jar pimento

Rinse and drain sauerkraut. Mix sauerkraut and remaining ingredients.

Dressing:

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. vinegar

Bring to boil until sugar is dissolved. Pour over sauerkraut mixture.
