CRANBERRY-ORANGE BREAD 
3 med. oranges
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. oil
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. coarse chopped cranberries
1/2 c. walnuts
1 c. powdered sugar

Shred peel from oranges. In bowl, combine 3/4 cup orange juice, teaspoon peel, egg and oil. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda. Add orange juice mixture to dry ingredients. Stir just to moisten. Fold in cranberries and nuts. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Stir 1 tablespoon orange juice into powdered sugar. Add more orange juice if needed and drizzle over bread.
