CHICKEN GUMBO 
1 lg. fryer, cooked & deboned
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 lg. bell pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can gumbo okra
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can chicken broth

Saute onion, celery and pepper in butter. Add other ingredients and simmer 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
