CHICKEN GUMBO 
1 lg. can tomatoes
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. parsley
4 chicken bouillon cubes
4 c. chicken broth
2 c. chicken
1 pkg. frozen okra
1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. cooked corn
Salt and pepper

Add tomatoes, celery, green pepper, onion, parsley, and bouillon cubes to broth. Simmer until tender; add chicken and okra. Cook 5-10 minutes; add rice and corn. Season as needed. Makes 6 servings.
