I am a lazy cook. i hate recipes with tons of ingredients, lots of chopping, measuring etc. This recipe was so easy!
And the taste? WOW. By far one of my all time favorite recipes. I'd like to cook it again tomorrow.
I used tilapia filets and after cooking the bread crumb mixture was still dry, so I poured about 2 tbsp. of melted butter on top and put under the broiler about 3 mins.
i fixed this for my sister and brother in law and they loved it too. My brother in law is extremely picky, so I was glad this was a hit.
I definitely recommend this. Its a keeper.
