IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. butter
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate, 9" x 1 1/4" or 10" x 1 1/2". Place all ingredients in blender. High for 1 minute. Pour into plate. Bake until knife comes out clean, about 50 to 55 minutes.
