IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE - BLENDER 
1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. self rising flour
1 lg. can evaporated milk

Put all ingredients in blender and blend for 2 or 3 minutes until smooth. Pour into a well greased pie plate (or pan or baking dish). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with whipped topping if desired.
