SPINACH SALAD 
DRESSING:

2/3 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. ketchup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, diced

Fresh leaf spinach
1 can water chestnuts
Sliced fresh mushrooms
4 sliced hard boiled eggs
Crumbled bacon
1 can bean or alfalfa sprouts (optional)

Combine dressing ingredients in blender or shaker and pour over remaining ingredients.
