WARM SPINACH SALAD 
1 bunch spinach leaves, torn
3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
1/3 c sugar
1/4 t salt or to taste
1/4 c vinegar
1 egg, beaten
2 T cornstarch

Cut bacon into 1/2 inch pieces, pan fry, drain and save drippings. In a bowl add egg, salt, vinegar, and water and cornstarch, stir well. Add this mixture to pan drippings and heat slowly until mixture is smooth and thick.

In bowl combine spinach, radishes, onions and bacon. Pour the hot dressing over and toss well, serve immediately.
