SANDY CANDY 
1 c. chocolate chips
2 c. flaked coconut

Melt the chocolate chips over very low heat, stirring as they melt. Put the coconut and melted chocolate in a bowl and mix them thoroughly. Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper. Pick up forkfuls of the candy mixture and put them on the wax paper. Press each candy haystack with the back of the fork. Refrigerate the candy at least two hours and then put in your cookie jar.
