PORK CHOP BAKE 
6 med. thick pork chops
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Flour
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 can pineapple chunks
1 pkg. Herbox chicken broth

Season pork chops with salt, pepper and paprika. Dust with flour and brown on both sides. Put chops in flat baking dish and cover with onion and green pepper. Drain pineapple chunks saving juice. Put chunks on top of pork chops and add enough water to juice to equal 1 cup. Add chicken broth to pineapple liquid and pour over chops. Bake in 325 degrees oven for 1 1/4 hours.

This recipe goes well with a casserole of Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Apple Sauce and a vegetable of Steamed Cabbage or Brussel Sprouts.
