ORANGE DESSERT 
60 Ritz crackers (1/2 lb.)
1/4 sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened

Crush crackers, mix with sugar and butter. Press into greased 9 x 13 inch dish, saving some crumbs for topping.

FILLING:

1 can (14 oz.) Eagle Brand Milk
1 (6 oz.) can orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (9 oz.) carton frozen topping (Cool Whip)
