6 med. potatoes
1 pkg. pork chop Shake 'n Bake
1 stick butter

Peel and quarter potatoes. Shake in Shake 'n Bake and place in a casserole dish. Cut the butter up over the potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
