Won Ton Wrappers
1 can Spam, sliced into 1/2" strips
1 tempura fish cake, sliced into 1/2" strips
1 egg white, beaten
Oil for deep frying

Lay 1 strip Spam and 1 strip fish cake on wrapper. Fold edge over and seal with egg white. Deep fry until wrapper turns golden brown.

Note: You can make this recipe uniquely yours by changing the filling. ie 1 can crab meat, 4 ounce cream cheese, 2 green onions (finely sliced) and squeeze of lemon. Mix together and place by spoonfuls on wrappers.
