ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can marinated artichokes
1/2 can Ortega chilies (sm. can)
1/2 c. grated Jack cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (save some for top)
1 c. mayonnaise

Chop artichokes, add rest of ingredients, saving some of the Parmesan. Put in casserole. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and slightly brown. Serve warm. Enjoy.
