ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 lg. can of artichokes in water
1 jar marinated artichokes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterary Jack, shredded
1 (8 oz.) pkg. extra sharp Cheddar shredded
1 sm. can chopped green chili peppers
1 sm. onion, chopped
Nacho chips

First drain water from can and most of the juice from jar. In flat casserole glass dish place artichokes and onion, chop and mix together, spread flat. Next layer put on green chili peppers, spreading them out. Then put a very thin coat of mayonnaise. Next layer are the cheeses. Spread out. Bake in microwave on high for 8 to 10 minutes or in oven at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Then dip with chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
