NEW YORK CHEESECAKE 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (1 lb.) can Thank You brand vanilla pudding
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 (9 inch) crumb pie shells

Beat cream cheese 8-10 minutes until fluffy. Add pudding filling and confectioners' sugar, mix until well blended. Pour into 2 pie shells and FREEZE 4-5 hours. To serve let sit 5-10 minutes, cut and serve. If desired can spoon pie filling toppings over top.
