1 lb. loaf frozen pizza dough
1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni
16 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
Divide dough into 2 sections. Roll out into rectangle approximately 18 x 12 inches. Place pepperoni slices on top of dough until covered. Sprinkle cheese on top of pepperoni. Fold dough from narrow end to form a loaf, sealing all edges. Place on cookie sheet (with lip) which has been sprayed with pam. Brush top of loaf with beaten egg. Can sprinkle sesame or poppy seeds on top. Bake at 425 degrees in preheated oven for approximately 25 to 20 minutes, until lightly brown. Cool, slice and serve. Yields 2 loaves.
