PEPPERONI BREAD | |
1 lb. pizza dough 1 pkg. Mozzarella, grated 1/2-3/4 lb. slicing pepperoni Roll dough into large oval shape. Place pepperoni overlapping from center to cover dough. Sprinkle generously with Mozzarella. Roll up from long end to shape like Italian bread loaf. Place seam side down and bake 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees. Often juice will ooze out during baking - line pan and-or oven with foil. Slice and serve warm. |
