JASON'S PEPPERONI BREAD 
2 pkg. yeast
2 c. hot water
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
6 1/2 to 7 c. flour

Mix yeast into water, add melted butter, salt and sugar. Add flour, 2 cups at a time. Knead dough and grease it thoroughly with oil. Let it rise 50 minutes. Roll out into rectangle shape. Sprinkle on grated cheese and slice of pepperoni. Roll up and bake at 425 degrees until golden brown. Serve with spaghetti sauce. Brush melted butter on outside for crunchy crust.
