1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sour milk
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 to 1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. white sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. nuts

Cream sugar, butter and oil. Add eggs, vanilla and milk. Stir well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add zucchini, stir. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
