1/2 c. soft butter
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 c. grated zucchini
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and mix. Add oil, salt, vanilla, milk and zucchini. Mix dry ingredients together and then add to other mixture. Mix thoroughly. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
