POTATO SALAD 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 c. water
2 tbsp. Gulden's mustard
1 tbsp. milk or cream
2 c. celery, diced
3/4 c. onions, diced
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
8 lg. potatoes, cooked and cubed
Hard-boiled eggs
Salt to taste

Blend first 5 ingredients together and cook until thickens. Add mustard and thin with cream. Add mayonnaise. Mix celery, salt and onions together. Add potatoes. Pour dressing over the vegetables and mix. Great if made a day ahead.
