OLD FASHIONED COCONUT PIE 
2 cups fresh coconut, grated
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 cup milk

Mix all ingredients together and pour in an unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes and turn oven to 325°F and bake an additional 45 minutes.
