3 med. onions, sliced
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 pkg. raw chopped spinach
1 (8 oz.) pkg. farmers cheese
3 eggs
Salt & pepper
1 pie shell

Saute onions and mushrooms. Mix together drained, defrosted spinach, farmers cheese and eggs. Add onions and mushrooms. Place in unbaked pie shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
