AUNT MABEL'S BRANDIED PEACHES | |
2 cans Delmonte peach halves (lg.) Drain, keeping 1/2 the juice. Cook juice down, reducing to half. Add a handful of cloves, three or four cinnamon sticks, 1/2 cup brown sugar. Cook slowly until blended. Add 3/4 cup brandy. Pour over peaches. Let sit for 24 hours or longer before serving. |
