CHICKEN AND RICE 
6 boned breasts or any chicken pieces, remove fat
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. onions, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can College Inn Chicken Broth
1/2 c. Minute Rice

Arrange chicken in 9"x13" glass dish. Sprinkle celery and onion over chicken. Mix soups and broth together and pour over chicken. Sprinkle rice over mixture. Cover with foil and put dish on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
