BIEROCKS
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt (more or less, to taste)
1/2 head cabbage
1 tube refrigerator Crescent rolls

Brown beef with onion and garlic; drain. If beef is very lean, you may need to add a tablespoon of olive oil for best browning.

Thinly slice the cabbage, as you would for cole slaw. Add it to the drained beef.

Using Crescent roll dough, place 2 tablespoons of the mixture on each dough square. Bring 4 corners together and pinch the ends.

Place pinched side down on greased baking sheet.

Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes, or until brown.

This recipe is actually large enough for 3 tubes of large Crescent rolls - works best if you cut the "tube" of dough in half before unrolling, then separate at the perforations & seal the diagonal cuts.
