MOM'S MASHED POTATO CANDY 
4 c. powdered sugar
1 (14 oz.) bag angel flake coconut
1 c. hot mashed potatoes, plain
2 c. chocolate chips
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 bar paraffin wax

Mix sugar and coconut. Add HOT mashed potatoes. Mix well. Cool in refrigerator about 15 minutes. Roll into little balls. Wet hands with water to help roll balls. Chill balls at least 1 hour.

In double boiler or microwave, melt chips, chocolate and wax.

Use toothpicks to dip potato balls in chocolate; drop on wax paper. Chill.

Makes about 90 pieces. Tastes just like Mounds candy bar.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
