CORN - POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 or 6 med. size potatoes
1 (15 oz.) can cream style corn
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
Salt if desired
1/4 c. chopped green mango
1/3 c. milk
Bacon bits sprinkled on top
Celery and/or parsley flakes may be added as desired

Peel and slice potatoes not too thin; cook until tender; drain. Alternate layers of potatoes and corn with bits of onion, butter and mayonnaise in casserole until all is used. Add milk, then bacon bits on top. Bake in oven at 350 degrees at least 1/2 hour or until slightly browned. (Preheat oven.)
