GERMAN PANCAKES 
1/2 c. whole wheat flour, ground very fine
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. honey gluten, ground fine

4 eggs

4 tbsp. butter in ea. of 6 pie pans (should cover the entire pan)

3/4 c. of the batter mixture into ea. pie pan

Bake until light brown around the edges (about 12 minutes). Serve with peaches or any fresh fruit on top.

Spread with sour cream or whipped cream (lightly cover the fruit). Generously sprinkle sweet topper.

Serves 4.

Batter stores well in refrigerator.
