FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
3 1/2 c. fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 c. maraschino cherries (drained and quartered) or substitute more fruit cocktail
2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows (or 24 lg. ones cut up)
1 c. whipped cream or whipped topping
Optional, red food coloring or cherry juice

Soften cream cheese; blend with mayonnaise. Stir in fruit, marshmallows. Fold in whipped cream. If desired, tint with a few drops of red food coloring or cherry juice. Pour into two 1 quart freezer containers, refrigerator trays, or individual paper cups. Freeze at least 6 hours. Serve on greens, garnished with additional cherries.
