4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 lb. crystallized ginger pieces

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Don't boil water. Dip ginger pieces into chocolate. Cover 1/2 - 3/4 of ginger pieces with chocolate. Place on waxed paper, refrigerate until firm. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
