STUFFED PUMPKIN 
1 lg. pie or baking pumpkin
2 c. raw rice
1 1/2 lbs. pork sausage
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion (depends on your taste)
Garlic salt to taste
Soy sauce to taste

Time of baking depends on size of pumpkin. When pumpkin is soft you're ready! Clean out pumpkin - spray inside with Pam. Cook 2 cups of rice. Cook sausage. Saute onion. Fry rice with butter and onion. Add cooked sausage. Add garlic salt and soy sauce to taste.

Stuff cleaned pumpkin with rice mixture. Cut top back in place. Put in a greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour or an hour and a half. Eat stuffing and pumpkin!
